How SWIQ handles account, booking, camera, photo, and queue data.

SWIQ Skip The Wait provides appointment booking, QR booking, live queue tracking, provider dashboards, staff tools, notifications, and enterprise booking management for service businesses.

2. Information we collect

3. Camera access and QR scanning

SWIQ may ask for camera access when a user chooses to scan a provider QR code. The camera is used to read the QR code and open the correct booking profile. Example: a customer scans a clinic QR at reception to view available slots and track the live token.

Camera access is not used for background recording. If permission is denied, users can enter a provider code manually where available.

4. Photo and media access

SWIQ may request photo library or media access when a provider chooses to upload profile, gallery, or business images. Example: a clinic owner uploads reception and service photos so customers can identify the provider before booking.

Uploaded images may be shown on the provider profile, app listing, or service page based on the provider’s settings.

5. Notifications

SWIQ may send notifications for booking confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, live queue changes, delay alerts, almost-your-turn updates, subscription status, and account security. Users can manage notification permissions in their device settings.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers needed to operate SWIQ, including hosting, database, authentication, payment, notification, analytics, and support tools. Providers can see booking details needed to serve their own customers. Enterprise owners can see operational data for sub-clients under their enterprise account.

We keep account, booking, provider, and operational records while the account is active or as needed for support, security, legal, tax, subscription, and business purposes. Users may request deletion as described below.

9. Account deletion

Users may request account deletion by contacting support@swiq.services. Please include the registered email address and phone number. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, or unresolved support issues.

10. Children

SWIQ is intended for customers and service providers who can use appointment services responsibly. It is not designed as a children-directed service.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep login details private and contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, website, laws, or business operations change. The latest version will be posted at this page.
