PTM day in Plano is chaos: 300 parents, 8 teachers, no slots. SWIQ books parent-teacher meetings by teacher and class in 5-minute slots, so parents arrive at 10:20, not 9:00 and never at 11:45 after the teacher left. Admission enquiries and campus tours book as visit slots, counselling sessions stay private and scheduled, and activity registrations (sports, art) cap at the real capacity of each batch. Fee-counter crowds shrink because visits are timed instead of open-day.
