SWIQ Skip The Wait ("SWIQ", "we", "us", or "our") provides appointment booking and queue management services through our website (swiq.services) and mobile applications. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and what refunds are available.
SWIQ offers a free plan that includes core features at no cost. The free plan has no subscription fee, no recurring charges, and no cancellation requirement. You may stop using the free plan at any time without any obligation.
SWIQ offers optional paid subscription plans that provide additional features, higher booking limits, and priority support. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing may change with 30 days' advance notice.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the following methods:
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. SWIQ does not store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details on our servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Cashfree's PCI DSS compliant infrastructure.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@swiq.services. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes within 5 business days.
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
